How I use the details you send me when you ask for a quote. Last updated 31 October 2026.
Who I am
Apex Home Window Tints is run by Kaymarr, a sole trader based in Manchester. I'm responsible for the personal details you send me. You can contact me at [EMAIL] or on [PHONE].
What I collect
- The details you put in the quote form: your name, phone number, postcode, which windows, and any photo you add.
- Anything you send me on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, such as photos of your windows and your address for fitting.
- If you book a job: your address, the work done and payment records.
Why I use it
To reply to you, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and keep the records I need for my business and for tax. I do this because you've asked me for a quote or a job, and because I have a legitimate interest in running my business. I never sell your details, and I won't send you marketing.
Who else sees it
- Formspree, which sends quote form messages to my email.
- WhatsApp (owned by Meta), if you message me there.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- My accountant or HMRC, for job and payment records, if needed.
How long I keep it
If you don't go ahead, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If I do a job for you, I keep the job and payment records for 6 years, as the law requires for tax.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Just get in touch using the details above. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
